Anne.
Anne is a man on a mission, he wants to show the world the potential power of electric propulsion. Having converted countless cars and canal boats over to electric over the years, he is now undertaking a brand new project with his team to convert a super-fast speed boat to Electric. Once built Anne hopes to cross the English Channel, in less than an hour, but to do, so he’ll have to push the technology to breaking point.
Maggie
Maggie is a young astrophysicist with big dreams that have made headlines around the world. Maggie has signed up for a one way mission to Mars, she plans to leave friends and family behind to undertake a pioneering mission to the red planet.
Sam
A young engineer and biker from Northern Ireland, Sam is building his dream. Using state of the art aerodynamic modelling, he’s trying to build a bike that will break Burt Munro’s long standing land speed record. We follow him and his team as they battle an almost impossible deadline to get the bike ready for shipping to the world class speedway in Bonneville, Utah.
But Sam isn’t just interested in speed. Aerodynamics are the key to more fuel-efficient transport, a technology that could help change the world.
